Capital City Development was formed to fix that. We are the general construction and development division of the Capital City network, and we hold the general contracting license for the network, which includes Capital City Roofing and the CCR licensing platform.

We also take on standalone residential and commercial construction and development projects. Same systems. Same documentation. Same point of accountability that built one of the Southeast's leading building brands.

Brad leads with that same discipline: straight estimates, accountable teams, and projects that finish clean.

Lucas Anderson holds the general contractor license behind Capital City Development, with over 25 years of general contracting, commercial building development, and residential home building experience. He is the owner-operator of the Capital City Roofing Greenville location alongside his partners Jason Breland and Mary Evelyn Breland, extending the network's licensed building standard across the Carolinas.
